Engineered equipment for stable strip processing.
I am Jay, General Manager of JINYE. Guangdong Jinye Technology designs, manufactures, installs and commissions steel strip processing lines — cold rolling, cleaning, slitting and tension leveling — for stainless, silicon and carbon steel producers worldwide.
Integrated engineering, manufacturing and lifetime support.
Guangdong Jinye Technology was founded in 2021 as a China-based manufacturer of stainless steel strip processing equipment. We provide integrated R&D, engineering design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning and technical support, so that one team is responsible for the line from your strip data through to running production.
More than 70% of our projects are customized. Most plants are not served well by a catalog machine, so we design the layout and process around the material you run, the gauge you target and the line you already operate. We supply complete turnkey plants, single lines and single machines.
Our mission is to help metal processing companies raise productivity, improve strip quality and reduce energy use through advanced rolling and strip processing technology. That commitment is grounded in engineering substance, including a domestic 20-high mill solution capable of rolling 201 stainless steel, which broadens the range of material a plant can run on one mill.

Manufacturing philosophy
Four engineering principles govern every line we design, whether it is a single machine or a turnkey plant.
Process-led design
Engineering begins with your material, gauge and process route, and the equipment is designed to fit that process. The machine is specified to serve the process, not the reverse.
Defined commissioning
We install and commission each line in-house, with defined procedures and acceptance points, so that the line reaches stable production before handover.
Energy efficiency
Drives and process flow are engineered to maintain quality while reducing energy consumption — by up to 30% relative to a conventional configuration, depending on the line.
Document control
Drawings, parameters and capacity plans are tracked and managed under confidentiality terms, so your line remains reproducible and your data remains yours.
Tell us about your line.
Provide your material grade, strip width, thickness range, coil weight, line speed and process route. We will review the requirements and respond with a proposed configuration, typically within one business day.
