The materials JINYE is engineered to process
JINYE engineers processing lines for stainless, precision stainless, silicon steel, carbon steel, special alloy and non-ferrous strip. Each line is matched to the material it runs; the grade, gauge and process route determine the configuration.
JINYE processes six material groups.
Each group carries distinct process requirements: reduction behaviour, surface sensitivity, cleaning chemistry and slit quality. JINYE sizes the line to those requirements.
Stainless steel strip
201, 304 and 316 grades, processed across the full equipment range for cold reduction, cleaning, slitting and flatness control.
Precision stainless
Thin, tight-tolerance strip rolled on the 20-high Sendzimir mill, reaching 0.03 mm final thickness with stable gauge and strip shape.
Silicon (electrical) steel
Rolling, cleaning and flatness control for electrical-steel production, where consistent gauge and a clean surface carry directly into the magnetic result.
Carbon steel strip
Rolling, cleaning, slitting and leveling for common carbon-steel routes, from light-gauge strip through to heavier hot-rolled pickled material.
Special alloy strip
Material-specific process design. Reduction strategy, cleaning chemistry and tooling scope are confirmed during engineering review.
Copper, copper-alloy & aluminum
Dedicated degreasing lines and precision slitting lines for non-ferrous strip, with gentle handling that protects the surface.
The material determines the line.
Every configuration begins with your strip data rather than a catalogue. Hard, thin stainless requires a high-precision cluster mill. Strip destined for annealing must leave the cleaning line free of oil and fines. Coil heading to fabrication requires clean edges and tight slit width. Wavy strip requires tension, bending and leveling to be returned to flat.
The four equipment families therefore map to four tasks. Cold rolling mills reduce gauge and hold thickness. Cleaning lines remove rolling oil, emulsion and fines before the next step. Slitting lines cut coil to width. Tension levelers remove waves, coil set and residual stress. Most plants operate more than one, and JINYE connects them into a single integrated flow where the route warrants it.
For special alloys and any case outside the published ranges, the process design is confirmed during engineering review. JINYE does not estimate figures it has not verified in production.
