Cold Rolling Mill
Precision cold rolling mills for stainless steel, silicon steel and carbon steel strip, engineered for controlled reduction, accurate thickness regulation and stable strip shape. Energy consumption can be reduced by up to 30% relative to conventional configurations, with AGC/AFC-ready automation.
Five mill configurations, supported by a single material plan.
JINYE cold rolling mills reduce stainless steel, silicon steel and carbon steel strip while holding thickness and strip shape within specification. The configuration is selected from the material, gauge and target tolerance rather than the reverse. The range extends from the 20-high Sendzimir mill for thin, hard strip to the 4-high mill for general cold rolling and capacity upgrades.
The 20-high Sendzimir mill rolls precision and thin strip down to 0.03 mm final thickness. JINYE has also developed a domestic 20-high solution that rolls 201 stainless steel, widening the material and production range a plant can run on a single mill. Across the family, energy consumption can be reduced by up to 30% relative to conventional configurations, depending on the process and drive design.
Every mill is AGC/AFC-ready, maintaining gauge and flatness under automatic control. Final rolling force, roll system, motor power, coil weight and automation scope are confirmed during project engineering.

Process and material review
JINYE confirms material grade, incoming and target thickness, strip width, coil weight, line speed and process route.
Configuration match
The mill type is selected and the roll system, drive and AGC/AFC scope are defined to suit the strip and the downstream line.
Manufacturing, installation and commissioning
JINYE manufactures the mill, installs it on site, commissions it and provides ongoing technical support.
Final rolling force, roll system, motor power, coil weight and automation scope are confirmed during project engineering.
