4-high Cold Rolling Mill

The 4-high mill is JINYE's straightforward cold reduction stand. Two work rolls backed by two larger backup rolls provide a simple, robust arrangement well suited to general cold rolling. The configuration is specified where a plant requires steady reduction and thickness control without the complexity of a larger roll cluster.
This mill operates at a typical strip width of 350–1450 mm at 200–500 m/min, on stainless steel, silicon steel and carbon steel strip. It is AGC / AFC-ready, allowing drive and thickness control to be integrated to the level your line requires.
It is suited to general strip producers and metal service centers performing standard cold rolling. It is also a frequent selection for project-specific upgrades, in which a rolling stand is added to or replaced within an existing line.
