Strip Cleaning Line
Flat strip, sheet and coil cleaning systems that remove rolling oil, emulsion, fines and surface residue prior to rolling, annealing, tension leveling, coating or finishing. Typical modules comprise alkaline or neutral degreasing, spray and brush cleaning, cascade rinsing, squeeze rolls, hot-air drying and filtration.
Surface preparation before the next process.
A strip cleaning line removes rolling oil, emulsion, metal fines and surface residue so the strip is conditioned for the subsequent process step. JINYE engineers these lines for stainless, silicon and carbon steel strip, for copper and copper-alloy strip, and for stainless, aluminum and carbon steel sheet. Width ranges from 350 to 1780 mm and thickness from 0.03 to 6.0 mm, according to the configuration.
The modules follow a consistent process logic across the range: alkaline or neutral degreasing, brush and spray cleaning, cascade rinsing, squeeze rolls, hot-air drying, and a filtration and water-treatment interface. The module count, chemistry and tension are matched to the strip, since a thin 201 stainless strip rolled down to 0.03 mm requires gentler handling than a 6 mm plate.
Clean strip protects the downstream line. Residual oil before annealing produces staining and uneven results, and the same residue before coating compromises adhesion. Correct cleaning is what keeps those later steps stable. On energy, JINYE cleaning lines can reduce energy use by up to 30% versus conventional configurations, depending on the heating, drying and circulation design.

Process & material review
JINYE confirms the material, strip width, thickness range, line speed, incoming residue and the downstream process the strip feeds.
Module & chemistry match
The degreasing, brushing, rinsing, squeeze and drying modules, the chemistry route and the filtration are specified to suit the strip and the cleanliness target.
Build, install & commission
JINYE manufactures the line, installs it on site, commissions it and provides ongoing technical support.
Oil type, cleanliness target, strip tension, plant utilities and the final rolling force on any integrated rolling stand are confirmed during engineering review.
