Copper and Copper-alloy Degreasing Line
A degreasing line engineered for soft copper and copper-alloy strip. It removes rolling oil and surface residue under controlled conditions, keeping the strip clean and the surface free of marking before the next process step.
Controlled degreasing for soft, mark-sensitive surfaces.
This configuration is JINYE's cleaning line for copper, copper-alloy and other non-ferrous strip. Copper surfaces are soft and mark readily, so the line is engineered around gentle material handling. The process combines degreasing, soft-brush cleaning, rinsing, squeeze rolls and hot-air drying, with chemical-circulation filtration maintaining stable process conditions.
The line processes strip from 350 to 1250 mm wide and 0.05 to 2.5 mm thick at 60 to 250 m/min. Final settings are determined by the material and the required degree of cleanliness, and are confirmed from the customer's strip data.
It is suited to copper and copper-alloy strip producers and non-ferrous metal service centers that require complete oil and residue removal without scratching or dulling the surface.
