From strip data to stable production
Every project begins with your production data. Material grade, gauge, width, coil weight, line speed and process route determine the design. From that basis, JINYE engineers, manufactures, installs and commissions the line, then supports it through stable production.
A six-stage delivery process, from specification to commissioning.
The delivery path is disciplined and data-led. Each stage produces a defined output, so the status of the project is clear at every point.
Process confirmation
We confirm material grade, strip width, incoming and target thickness, coil weight, surface class, process route and line speed. This data is the foundation on which the entire design is built.
Engineering design
We define the mill layout and the cleaning, slitting and leveling modules, followed by the drives, hydraulics and controls, including AGC and AFC scope to hold gauge and flatness.
Manufacturing & inspection
We manufacture the equipment in-house and inspect it throughout the build. Rolling force, motor power, roll system and coil weight are determined during project engineering rather than estimated.
Site commissioning
Our team installs the line on site, commissions it and runs it in with your strip. A ~300-day reference schedule serves as a starting point, confirmed for each project.
Continuous optimization
After start-up, we tune the line for stable production, addressing thickness consistency, flatness, material utilization and reduced downtime, depending on line conditions.
Transparent communication
You work with the same engineer throughout the project. We state clearly what is confirmed at each stage, what remains open for RFQ, and the basis for every number.
A complete plant or a single machine.
A turnkey plant integrates rolling, annealing, pickling, tension leveling and slitting into one connected flow, with AGC and AFC holding gauge and flatness. We also supply a single machine or a single line where that is the requirement.
More than 70% of our projects are customized; plant layout and process design are engineered around your material rather than a fixed catalogue. We design, manufacture, install and commission the line in-house.
Your drawings and data stay confidential.
Send us your strip data.
Describe the line you have in mind and the strip you run. We respond within one business day with a recommended configuration and the points to confirm at engineering review.
