A high-speed cleaning line for precision cold-rolled strip. The configuration is engineered for plants that require high surface cleanliness at full line speed before annealing, leveling or finishing, on stainless, silicon and precision strip.
High surface cleanliness at full line speed.
This is the JINYE high-speed cleaning line for precision cold-rolled strip. It removes rolling oil, emulsion, fines and surface residue at production speed, delivering strip to the next process clean and consistent. The configuration is specified where a plant requires high surface cleanliness without reducing throughput.
It accommodates a typical strip width of 450–1450 mm and thickness of 0.05–1.5 mm at 150–500 m/min. The line combines high-pressure spray, double-side brushing, multi-stage rinsing and hot-air or air-knife drying, with fine filtration and conductivity and temperature control to maintain stable cleaning performance run to run.
It is suited to stainless, silicon-steel and precision cold-rolled strip producers that clean ahead of annealing, tension leveling or finishing and require a clean, dry surface at production speed.
