20-high Sendzimir Cold Rolling Mill
A 20-high Sendzimir mill for high-precision cold reduction of stainless, silicon and carbon steel strip. It is engineered for plants that require thin gauge, tight thickness control and stable strip shape, down to a final thickness of 0.03 mm.
High-precision reduction of thin, hard strip.
The 20-high Sendzimir mill is JINYE's high-precision reduction mill. A cluster arrangement of small-diameter work rolls supported by larger backing rolls applies heavy reduction to hard, thin material while maintaining tight thickness and consistent strip shape. The configuration is specified where surface quality and flatness are as critical as final gauge.
The mill reduces precision and thin strip to a final thickness of 0.03 mm, across a typical width of 350–1780 mm at 500–800 m/min. JINYE has also developed a domestic 20-high solution capable of rolling 201 stainless steel, which broadens the material and production range a plant can run on a single mill.
It is suited to stainless and precision-stainless producers, silicon-steel makers and metal service centers that require consistent thin gauge, tighter thickness tolerance and stable flatness.
