Double-bend Single-leveler
A tension leveler that combines controlled tension, a double-bend bridle and a single leveling section to improve flatness and reduce coil set. It is engineered for finishing lines that require flatter strip ahead of slitting, inspection or coating.

The Double-bend Single-leveler is JINYE's entry tension leveler for flatness work. It holds the strip under controlled tension, passes it through a double-bend bridle, then through a single leveling section. This sequence works the strip sufficiently to remove waves and relieve coil set.
The configuration is specified where a finishing line requires flatter strip but does not demand the heavier flatness control of a double-leveler. It processes stainless steel, silicon steel and carbon steel strip across a typical width of 350–1780 mm at 500–800 m/min.
It is suited to plants operating cleaning, inspection, slitting or coating lines where coil set and minor waves create downstream problems. Where the flatness target is tighter, the Double-bend Double-leveler or the 23-roll leveler is the appropriate alternative.
