Steel Coil Slitting Line

Light-gauge High-speed Steel Coil Slitting Line

A high-speed slitting line engineered for thin strip. The line slits thin stainless, silicon, copper and aluminum coil into narrow multiple strips at production speed. It is specified for service centers and strip producers that process light-gauge material in volume.

Overview

High-speed slitting engineered for thin strip.

This is JINYE's light-gauge slitting line. It uncoils thin strip, slits it into narrow multiple strips with a rotary shear, and recoils each strip under controlled tension. The line is engineered for high throughput on thin material, operating at 150–400 m/min across a typical width of 350–1250 mm and a thickness of 0.03–1.0 mm.

The line processes stainless steel, silicon steel, copper and aluminum thin strip. The process flow runs from the coil loading car and uncoiler, through pinch and leveling, the rotary shear and scrap-edge recoiler, then the tension stand to a recoiler and unloading. This sequence maintains strip flatness and clean slit edges at high line speed.

The configuration is specified for stainless and precision-stainless producers, silicon-steel manufacturers and metal service centers that slit light-gauge coil in volume and require clean edges and accurate strip count.
