Overview

Tight-tolerance slitting for narrow precision strip.

This is JINYE's narrow-width precision slitting line. The configuration is specified where a plant requires accurate widths and clean edges on thin and delicate material rather than the high tonnage of a wide line. It processes precision stainless, copper and aluminum thin strip and coated strip across a typical width of 350–850 mm and 0.02–1.5 mm thickness, at 100–300 m/min.

The line is built around a precision uncoiler, edge position control (EPC), circular-knife slitting, spacer and tooling quick-change, separated tension and precision recoiling. This layout holds width accuracy and edge quality stable on thin gauges, and the quick-change tooling reduces setup time on short, varied runs.

It is suited to precision-stainless slitters, copper and aluminum strip processors, and coated-strip lines that require narrow widths held to tight tolerance with careful handling of the strip surface.
