Standard Steel Coil Slitting Line
A general-purpose coil slitting line for steel service centers. The line slits carbon, stainless, galvanized and silicon steel coil into accurate strips, prepared for the next process or for direct sale.
General-purpose coil slitting for steel service centers.
The Standard Steel Coil Slitting Line is JINYE's general-purpose slitting configuration. It uncoils a master coil, slits it into narrower strips and recoils them. The line processes carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel and silicon steel across a typical width of 650–1600 mm and 0.2–3.0 mm thickness, at line speeds of 80–220 m/min.
This configuration is specified where a plant requires steady, dependable slitting for mixed mid-gauge work rather than a specialised thin-strip or heavy-gauge line. The line integrates uncoiling, leveling, pinch feed, the slitting head, scrap-edge handling, a tension stand, recoiling, and the hydraulic and electrical control required to operate it.
It is engineered for steel service centers and processors that cut steel coil to width as routine production. Where a coil mix is lighter or heavier than this range, JINYE recommends one of the sibling lines listed below.
